Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product should be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, along with the original packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying documents.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected by Destiny Star Stores, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Services

Services such as horoscope consultation are delivered instantly and are consultative in nature, so no refund and no cancellation applies once payment has been made.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained, but the return policy above still applies.

Shipping and delivery

Destiny Star Stores ships products across India. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, except on Sundays and national holidays. For areas serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days from shipping; for remote or non-metro areas it may take 7-10 business days.

Delivery timelines are subject to logistics constraints and factors beyond our control. Where delivery is untraceable or unusually delayed, Destiny Star Stores reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your source account.
